Spring is on its way
The lengthening days and warmer temperatures of Spring are a welcome prospect after what has been a long and cold winter.

There is so much to look forward to in what is always the busiest season for IDFNZ members. We have our beloved Razzamatazz shows coming up in September, followed by our final youth workshop of the year in Christchurch. We are hosting our Xmas events in November to avoid the Xmas rush, and have four Children’s parties planned this year, for Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Invercargill. Santa and his helpers are going to be very busy! November also brings our PID conference, a one-day event taking place in Auckland. If you haven’t already registered for this, we urge you to complete a form. It is provided free of charge and will cover a range of subjects that will benefit PID members of all ages. Thank you to the clinician’s and patient volunteers who are pulling together to make the event possible, we could not do this without your incredible support!

Our plan is to host a similar event for our transplant families in 2025.
