SPECIAL MEETING 24TH NOVEMBER 2025

 Members should note that a special meeting will be held on Monday, 24th November, via Zoom. 

The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss and explain the proposed new IDFNZ Incorporated Society Rules, required to meet the new Incorporated Societies Act.

 Members have previously been notified of the need to update the IDFNZ Rules.

At the September 2025 AGM, it was agreed that the Board would circulate the proposed new rules and call a meeting to discuss and seek approval to proceed via a special meeting.

The proposed new rules are now available on the IDFNZ website: Click Here to view  and printed copies will be available for explanation by staff/viewing at the following patient event meetings:

• November 8^th – Christchurch Xmas Party (In person)
• November 15^th Wellington Xmas party (In person)
• November 21^st, Auckland Craft and Chat (In person)
• November 23rd Auckland Xmas party ( In Person)
• November 24^th Special meeting by Zoom. (must register in advance).

There is one vote per patient member, and forms must be completed in full and be correctly filled in.

Members are asked to vote by completing the enclosed form and returning it by:

• Post, POX 75076, Manurewa, Manukau 2243,
• In Person to IDFNZ Support staff, or
• By email to info@idfnz.org,nz.

Forms must be received by 5pm on Wednesday, 27^th November.
