IPOPI 2024

IDFNZ is part of the International Primary immunodeficiency Organisation (IPOPI), connecting us with a network of ‘sister’ patient organisations across the word.

Vicki Tattley (IDFNZ Board Secretary) recently attended the XVIII IPOPI Global Patients’ Meeting (GPM), held on October 16-19,2024, in Marseille, France.

This event takes place alongside the ESID and INGID congresses, offering a unique opportunity to connect with the broader PID community of immunology doctors, nurses and patients. This provided a unique opportunity to hear about the latest in PID research, to share experiences and build valuable collaborations. Vicki has returned with great information and new connections which will assist IDFNZ to achieve its strategic plan here in New Zealand.
