Rare Disease Day 2015

IDFNZ KIDS Foundation families gathered in Outhwaite Park Auckland for a family fun day to mark Rare Disease Day 2015.

 It is good to celebrate just how rare and precious our  children are and to mark this important day along with other medically fragile children across New Zealand.
