AGM 26th September 2019 by teleconference.
Members should note that an election for new Board members will be held on Thursday 26th September at the IDFNZ AGM - Ballot forms have been mailed out to all voting members along with candidate forms, the meeting agenda and previous years minutes. A request to attend the AGM meeting has also been included.
To attend the event - please fill in the "request to attend AGM" form with your details and we will advise you of call in details.Forms can be mailed or emailed to email@example.com.
To vote - because it is by teleconference we are asking members to complete the yellow voting forms and return them to the Secretary at the IDFNZ office by Wednesday 25th September , 1 day ahead of the actual meeting. All voting will be kept confidential.
